Union Construction Materials Manufacturing Co. is one of the companies certified by Kuwait Supply Co. to have its' products subsidized by the Ministry of Commerce to supply the Kuwaiti Citizens in the Governmental Housing Welfare Project, It is also one of the certified companies by the Ministry of Housing to execute the housing projects for the Country of Kuwait, In addition to the certifications at the other Ministries and Authorities. All of that is due to the recognition of the company's products in the production methods and its competence in use. The production lines stands-out by its advanced technology from the first step of operation up till the last, and by subjecting the raw materials used in the production to quality control through the latest quality control techniques, which allows the ideal opportunity to reach the final product to the highest specifications with high precision.

Our Factory

UNION Construction Material Manufacturing Company had established the white block factory in the year 2009 which produces the white block of all types.

This block is used as a replacement to all kinds of block in any construction/structure.

This factory could also produce, footsteps, arches, blocks, reinforced AAC blocks, hordy and other forms of block upon request.

These products are complying with the international and local standards, (DIN 4165) & (ASTM C 518). And have been approved by all Ministries and Governmental organizations in the State of Kuwait.

The plant works automatically, in which quality control dept. in the Company lab is controlling the quality of raw materials and production processes using the most advanced international techniques, in addition to the quality of the final product.

Also, UNICON did not pause its improvement process at this level. It has contracted international institutes specialized in the field of construction materials to exchange related information in order to leverage and improve on a continuous basis the quality of it products provided to the targeted markets either directly or through specialized international exhibitions. The plant is also capable of producing other similar and alternative products, upon request. while the company is working on widening the scope of its products, continuously improving and developing them.

UNICON Lightweight White Block

Is a lightweight and economical block made of autoclave aerated concrete in a completely automated process in accordance to international standards. Environment friendly and is not affected by weather and has no waste or leftover materials during and after production. Fast and easy to install and could be cut with a regular saw and lessens the time of construction.

Preparation of Raw Material

Mixing the raw material and pouring it into moulds.

Curing of the mix, forming the cake within hours.

Cutting of the cake via cutting wires based on the needed dimensions.

Baking of the cake via steam autoclaves.

Stacking the blocks, strapping them, and putting them on pallets.

Transfer of block pallets to storage grounds.
